So after derping around in MMD I ended up making the seven Dragon Balls. ... They came out a bit big...so I guess they're the dragon balls from Namek rather than Earth. 
Glow comes from MME Object Lumines, Adult Shader used on Feli and Romano.
Italy: Ve~ Look Romano, I found the Dragon Balls!
Romano: *facepalm* Wrong series, Fratello! Go put them back beforeGrandpa Rome Vegeta blasts us both!
I do not own MMD, Hetalia, or DBZ, credit to Nachi Akira for the Romano and Feli models.
Zip File contains: individual .x accessory files for all 7 dragon balls, pmd file with all the balls, textures (made myself), and a spa by MikaAngel30 that I used to make them shiny.
Use them all you like, edit if you want, too, just don't say you made the originals.
